The Officers of this Association consist of a President, Vice-President, and Secretary-Treasurer, all of whom hold their respective Office for one year, or until their successors have been elected. All Officers are nominated by ballot or from the floor, and election of Officers are held by ballot and require a majority of those present for the annual meeting.
